Pfizer Bivalent (Available to 12+ years)(Must be 2 months since last booster):

Eligibility criteria:
Primary series: 12 years and older for Moderna/Pfizer vaccine.
Dependents age 5-11: Pfizer vaccine available at LRMC Pediatrics (Landstuhl Regional Medical Center)
AD, retirees, AD/retiree dependents
DOD contractors/GS on SOFA status.

The COVID Vaccine is available by appointment at the Immunization Clinic Bldg 2114, which is located across the street from the Bowling Alley.

It is NOT recommended to take ibuprofen, acetaminophen, aspirin, or antihistamines before vaccination for the purpose of trying to prevent side effects.

Please bring:
1. Department of Defense ID must be shown at the check-in window to receive the vaccine
2. Please print or take a picture of your confirmation page and bring it with you on the day of your appointment
3. Please bring a copy of DHA Form 207, available here: https://health.mil/Reference-Center/Forms/2021/03/25/DHA-Form-207-COVID-19-Vaccine-Screening-and-Immunization-Document
Form is also available at Bldg 2114.

*All patients are recommended a 15-minute observation period after receiving the vaccine.

COVID Card will be provided at dose 1. Please bring your card at your dose 2 or booster appointment.
You must be available for dose 2 appointment 28-42 days after receiving dose 1
Vaccination record is available on www.TRICAREonline.com.

If you have never been seen at Ramstein and not registered in the system,
please report to Bldg 2114 (MDG Clinic) to Room 112 Medical Records to be mini-registered. Bring your ID card.
Active Duty members assigned to Ramstein will need to see TRICARE Enrollments to be registered.
