LOCATION: Fort Belvoir Community Center, 10300 Taylor Rd, Ft Belvoir, VA

The COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic is open Monday through Friday from 7am to 3pm
Closed weekends and federal holidays. Please note we are closed November 25-28 for the Thanksgiving holiday.


Please read the eligibility information below prior to booking your appointment. If you book an appointment for COVID-19 Vaccine and you are not eligible, we will be unable to provide your vaccination.


1. You must be an Active duty, National Guard, or Select Reserve Service Member, a TRICARE beneficiary age 5 and up, a DoD employee, or a select DoD contractor who usually receives the influenza vaccine as part of a DoD occupational health program.

2. A parent/guardian must accompany patients under 18 years old. The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine is now offered under a Food & Drug Administration (FDA) Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for children age 5 to 15, and under full FDA approval for individuals age 16 and up.

3. FBCH is currently only administering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine can only be administered to persons aged 5 and up at this time. This vaccine is given in a two-dose series separated by 21 days.

4. Moderna Vaccine Recipients: If you received the Moderna vaccine for your 1st dose, you must receive the Moderna vaccine for your 2nd dose. Moderna recipients who completed the 2-dose series at least six months ago, and have been identified by the CDC as eligible to receive a booster dose, may receive a Pfizer booster dose with us.

5. Johnson & Johnson/Janssen Vaccine Recipients who received their 1st vaccine at least two months ago, and have been identified by the CDC as eligible to receive a booster dose, may receive a Pfizer booster dose with us.

6. For those who are moderately to severely immunocompromised, a 3rd dose is available 28 days from your 2nd dose of the Pfizer vaccine. For people who received either Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine series, a third dose of the same mRNA vaccine should be used. Please speak with your Primary Care Provider with any questions or concerns. Conditions and treatments that may cause moderate to severe immune compromise as defined by the CDC can be found here.
