Moderna (1300-1530):3, 17, 31 May
The June Schedule is listed below:

**COVID Vaccine Drives have been cancelled on May 17th and May 18th due to staffing issues.** We apologize for the inconvenience
Admin Notes:
- These appointments are for boosters only.
- Patients MUST bring their CDC vaccination card to their appointment so the date of their last vaccination can be verified, and Booster dose can be annotated.
- Prior to presenting for your COVID 19 Vaccine appointment, please complete the following documents: DHA Form 207 (COVID-19 Vaccine Screening and Immunization Documentation). Form is found on the Stuttgart AHC Webpage (https://mhs-europe.tricare.mil/Stuttgart) Right click on the form and select "Save Link as" and save the form to your computer.
1st and 2nd Dose Information
- People that require a 1st or 2nd dose can walk in on the days & times the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines are being offered.
- There is no mixing vaccines of 1st/2nd doses (i.e. if you receive 1st dose Moderna your 2nd dose must be Moderna)
1st Booster is open to the following population:
- The general population greater than 12 years old. Pfizer is the only approved COVID booster for 12-17 year olds.1st Boosters for Moderna & Pfizer are 5 months since last vaccine date.
2nd Boosters are now open to the following populations:
- Individuals who received Janssen COVID-19 vaccine for their 1st shot AND booster. The 2nd booster is at least 4 months after the previous dose
- People ages 12 years and older who are moderately or severely immunocompromised. The 2nd booster is authorized 4 months after completion of 1st booster
- Adults 50 years of age and older who received 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccine (1 dose Janssen and 1 dose mRNA vaccine) may receive a 2nd mRNA booster dose at least 4 months after the most recent dose
