Hallo Hohenfels!

Beginning 1 November 2021, the clinic will start offering the influenza vaccine every Monday and Wednesday, 1330 – 1530 by appointment only. November appointments are open. The vaccines are for everyone 6 months and older.

As of September 2, 2021

When signing up for a COVID-19 vaccine appointment please be aware of the following information before selecting a vaccine in the COVEX application.

Monday, 25OCT and Tuesday, 26OCT appointments are for Active Duty Service Members ONLY

12 Years Old to 17 Years Old: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine in persons aged 12+ years for prevention of COVID-19. Once you received your first dose you will need to make another appointment for 21 days later for you second dose.

18 Years Old and Above: The Moderna COVID 19 Vaccine has not been approved or licensed by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), but has been authorized for emergency use by FDA, under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA), to prevent Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID 19) for use in individuals 18 years of age and older. Once you have received your first dose you will need to make another appointment for 28 days later for your second dose.

When booking an appointment for a child enter the child’s name and date of birth, not the sponsors, on the appointment app. This allows the clinic staff to prescreen vaccine age requirements and quantities for scheduled appointments.

Once a series has been initiated with either Moderna or Pfizer you will need to complete the series with the same vaccine.

A CDC card will be provided to you during your 1st visit. The CDC card must be brought back with you to your 2nd dose appointment. DO NOT LAMINATE THE CDC CARD!
